- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup cashew paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp kasuri methi (crushed)

- Firstly, in a large kadai heat oil, saute onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli and a bunch of palak.
- Cool completely and blend to a paste. Also add paneer, potato and roasted besan.

- Add in prepared kofta balls and mix gently. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or till kofta absorb masala.
- Add garam masala and kasuri methi, mix well.
